Jamie grew up in a Upper Middle Class family where her three siblings and her were pushed to play their sports, their instruments and do their school work to the best of their abilities. Jamie played softball and danced, didn't play any instruments and was pretty good with her academics. She enjoyed her sports so she always strived to do her best there and she did. As she grew older, though, her mom and dad began to fight more which meant her dad took out his anger on the two girls. Her dad turned abusive, which made Jamie turn more into herself, become more shy rather than outgoing. By the time she reached high school her parents were divorced but she still chose to keep to herself. She pretty much walked onto the softball team being a pitcher who was good, making the dance team as well but her academics slipped a bit freshman year. She somehow managed to get back on track, going to MSA despite not wanting to since she felt she didn't really fit in. Now that DSA and MSA had combined, she wasn't terrible happy but she dealt with it. The kids would get over themselves and stop being so bad soon enough...wouldn't they?
